Founder, educational specialist, M.Ed., academic interventionalist

With over a decade of experience in early childhood education and leadership, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my work with children and families. I hold a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Colorado-Denver and specialized certification in Autism Learning and Identification from the University of California-Davis. My professional journey has taken me from teaching in preschool classrooms throughout Boulder County, to leadership positions as Assistant Director and Director of Education where I've developed expertise in curriculum design, staff development, and creating nurturing educational environments that support diverse learning needs.

My approach to education is deeply influenced by my experience as an elite runner, where I competed internationally and qualified twice for the Olympic Marathon Trials. This background has instilled in me the values of persistence, goal-setting, and incremental progress that I apply to my educational philosophy. I am passionate about creating equitable learning opportunities that honor each child's unique strengths and challenges, and I'm committed to building inclusive environments where every child can develop the academic skills and social-emotional foundations they need to thrive.
